This years family vacation is filled with some new experiences. One of those is that I entered my very first yoga class:) That's right, I was soon doing positions like the Warrior, UpDog and DownDog and a variety of others that I did not fully understand.
The lesson I learned from yoga was that I am not the most limber person physically but I am flexible when it comes to trying new things and going into places I've never been.
Today, my body is feeling some UpDog pains:) But I am going to be fine. It's tour the lake on a boat day which means I get to sit and view the beauty around us while my "dog- tired body heals!
Today, why don't you consider trying something new, different, maybe something you have never done before. I am certain you can learn something too!
